School board, leadership, faculty and staff will take a Biblical Worldview and Kingdom Education Assessment

Leadership team will take part in a one-day, on-site training centered on the biblical truths of Kingdom Education and qualities and roles of Kingdom focused leaders

Leadership team will meet with the Kingdom Education team for four virtual meetings

Faculty and staff will take part in a one-day, on-site training centered on the biblical truths of Kingdom Education and principles for enhancing Kingdom focused instruction

Faculty and staff utilize videos, books, and online resources to further develop and implement Kingdom Education principles into the life of the school

During an on-site visit, school leaders, staff, and constituents will examine the current state of the school, asking what is REAL- Robust, Enhancements needed, needs to be Abandoned, and current Liabilities

Following the REAL assessment, the participants will collaborate around what is the IDEAL- What do you want the school to look like in 5-10 years

Based on the results from the REAL and IDEAL activity, participants will identify the gaps between the current reality and the ideal desires for the school

After identifying the main goals needed to achieve the IDEAL, school leaders will outline the 90 day, 1 year, and 3 year plans to achieve the agreed upon goal

Finalize the plan, assign leaders for each initiative, identify the timeline for completion and resources needed, and establish how to maintain accountability
